"The commitment to quality designated by this award is a key first step to developing systematic, sustainable, person-centered care and services. We congratulate all of our 2010 winners on this prestigious achievement." - Bruce Yarwood, AHCA/NCAL President & CEO

"I've never been to a nursing home facility before, and did not know what to expect. Within a matter of minutes of being at The Willows Nursing and Rehabilitation, I know I had made the right decision. The staff was great; very friendly and helpful. Therapy was wonderful; bending over backwards to make sure I was getting everything I needed. My entire stay at The Willows was great. I would strongly recommend The Willows to absolutely anyone needing rehab or long-term care." -John Krempasky, Rehab Graduate

"I have had wound care 13 times over the years. I know I am getting great care here. The wound care specialist is very caring and listens to what I say. I am completely confident I will return home and be successful." -Edna Rose, Patient

"Physical and occupational therapy did an excellent job.  I have nothing but high praises for the entire rehab department and for the nursing home team as well.  When I began physical therapy, my heart rate was very high. They taught me energy conservation techniques.  I am now aware of the signs and symptoms to watch for, and what to do so that my heart  does not work too hard. Everyone here at The Willows did their very best to make me comfortable and I would come back here if I ever had the need." - Linda Chappell, Rehab Graduate

"This past October, I had to schedule a knee replacement. Dr. Assenmacher told me I would require rehabilitation after my surgery. Right away, I know I wanted to come to The Willows because it was brand new, had beautiful private rooms, separate dining service, and a large therapy gym. During my stay, I participated in comprehensive physical and occupational therapy. The staff, including the therapists and nurses at The Willows were very kind and professional. At the end of my stay, I was offered a home evaluation to ensure I was going to be safe in my own home. I had a very good stay at The Willows and would highly recommend it to others." -Margene Springs, Rehab Graduate
